The Northgate

When: 7.30pm for 8.00pm

Ring in the New Year at The Northgate where you’ll be spoilt with a spectacular 6-course menu – each course a feast of different flavours, not to mention the all-important rounds of canapés to start and sweets and chocolates to finish.

The hotel will also have special guest - magician Jamie Seagrave performing and mixing with guests and amusing and amazing them with sleight of hand.

Ben’s Restaurant

When: 6pm - 11.30pm

If you are looking for a more relaxed evening, Ben’s Restaurant in Bury St Edmunds offers a tranquil way to see in the New Year with a delicious four-course meal preceded by a welcoming glass of prosecco. The menu consists of wild venison medallions, smoked bacon and white wine risotto, Pulled Blythburgh Pork Suet Pudding and much more (vegetarian menu also available on request).

New Year's Eve Celebration Buffet 

Where: Bury St Edmunds Farmers Club, Northgate Street, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 1NQ

When: 7.30pm for 8.00pm

A great evening has been lined up at the Bury Farmers Club. With live music from the Arty Reed Trio, a sumptuous buffet and, of course, good company! With a buffet containing a range of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes (special dietary requirements can be catered for but please advised when booking).

You can either book a group table or book as an individual or a couple and be added onto a table with other people whose company we hope you will enjoy!

Ravenwood Hall

Ravenwood Hall has two new year's celebrations for you to choose from. You can either spend the evening in the intimate interior of the main house with tables available between 7pm and 9.30pm (£89.50 per person) or say goodbye to 2018 and hello to 2019 in style at the Edwardian Pavilion for a black-tie event. Arrive from 7.30pm for canapes and champagne before the main meal at 8pm. This will be followed by fireworks at midnight and dancing until 2am (£110 per person).

The Ickworth

The Swan at Lavenham

The Angel Hotel

The Pre-Party Dinner between 6pm - 7.15pm offers three courses, with coffee to follow for those who either need to get home for the babysitters or are heading on somewhere else for the rest of the evening (£38 per person), while the hotel’s main New Year's Eve Dinner from 8.30pm will see you served canapés and a glass of chilled Champagne ready for your arrival followed by a five-course set dinner menu & coffee (£88 per person).

New Years Eve at Flex

The LP Retro Party

CASA

Take a culinary tour of the Mediterranean and spend New Year's eve at CASA; you will your cruise of the Mediterranean in Spain with a welcome glass of CAVA, a sherry or a Spanish beer.

You will then tuck in to a range of special tapas dishes including Padron Peppers and Croquetas – crunchy deep fried balls of creamy savoury bechamel.

You will then head east to Greece for a delicious main meze including Lamb Kleftiko, Spanakopita, lemon potatoes and homemade tzatziki.

For dessert? It's to Italy of course where you are greeted with a mouthwatering Italy selection of desserts. Finally, stopping in France to indulge in a delicious selection of cheese with accompaniments.

After food, there's dancing and a glass of bubbly to see the NewYear in with and the bar stays open until 1am.
