Where to Watch England Take on Croatia

Visiting the Bury St Edmunds area but also want to catch England vs Croatia in the semi-finals of the World Cup tonight? Check out our where to watch guide.

It's coming home. Or at least England fans hope it is. England play Croatia in an exciting (we hope) semi-final of the World Cup tonight and here are just some of the places you can watch the big game.

CurveMotion

If you are visiting the area with children then CurveMotion, Bury St Edmunds'  roller skating, soft play and party venue is a great choice for a family friendly environment.

Watch the semi-final on the big screen from 6.30pm and it's free entry. Donations gratefully accepted for Cancer Research UK.

The skating rink will be closed but The PlayFrame is open for children aged 12 and under, plus there's a licensed bar and hot food menu.

Bury Town Football Club

With former Bury Town FC goalkeeper Nick Pope in the England squad, Bury Town Football Club will be cheering louder than most at tonight's semi-finals.

Kick off may be at 7pm, but the bar will be open from 5.30pm.

Bury St Edmunds Farmer's Club

Enjoy Happy Hour prices whilst watching the game tonight at Bury St Edmunds Farmers Club in Northgate Street. They also have a plentiful supply of furniture to hide behind for those that can't watch should it get to penalties!

The Club is in a Grade 1 listed building with elegant surroundings in the heart of Bury St Edmunds.

The Gym Sports Bar

With food served throughout the game and a World Cup specials menu, The Gym Sports Bar in Risbygate Street is a good choice to watch the game.

You shouldn't miss any of the action anywhere in the bar with 11 HD screens, a 6ft projector, TV in the beer garden and even a 50ins TV in the men's toilet!

King's Arms

Watch the big game in the terraced garden or inside at the King's Arms pub in Brentgovel Street tonight.

The Kings Arms is a traditional community pub offering great ale choices, a good wine selection and a wide menu with something suitable however hungry you are. Coffee and food is served all day.

Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club

Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club will be showing the England V Croatia game on 3 TV screens tonight with the bar open from 5.30pm.

A family friendly club, there will also be a BBQ, so even if you end the game disappointed you won't go away hungry!
