Festival of Outdoor Films at Ickworth House

Ickworth House's Outdoor Cinema weekend is back on 8 & 9 June with a weekend of fantastic films!

From family favourites to 90s romantic comedies, as well as a musical number to suit all ages! 

Bring friends, family and a picnic and sit out under the stars at Ickworth House, all in front of the beautiful backdrop of Ickworth's iconic Rotunda! to enjoy some film classics. 

On Saturday, start the afternoon with a remake of a children’s classic ‘Mary Poppins Returns’, this brilliant sequel doesn't disappoint, bringing the best of the original back the big screen and adding in plenty of its own charm. 

Followed by ‘Inside Out’ Bring Joy to your hearts this summer as we show Inside Out - a brilliant story of how a young girl is controlled by her emotions - will Joy win through? 

The evening will be finished with 90s romantic comedy classic ‘Notting Hill’ It's 20 years since Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts brought this to the big screen so create some nostalgia and re-watch this brilliant comedy. 

On Sunday, the afternoon starts with a kids favourite ‘The Lego Movie’, join Emmett and Wyldstyle as they battle President Business in the original Lego Movie. 

Followed by the musical hit of the summer last year ‘The Greatest Showman’. Hugh Jackman leads a stellar cast in this brilliant musical with a sing a long soundtrack to remember! 

Our festival of films concludes on Sunday evening with ‘Top Gun’ – full of Volleyball, flat spins and Missile Lock. Join Maverick, ice Man, Goose and Sundown for a night to remember.
