The prize includes a 2-night stay from 17th - 19th May 2019 at the Best Western Priory Hotel with breakfast, plus a dinner for two in the hotel's Garden Restaurant.

The hotel has recently undergone a £750,000 refurbishment, with a new bar, lounge, six additional bedrooms, and the Garden Restaurant with head chef Tom Theobald. The hotel has recently been awarded three silver stars by the AA for service, hospitality and housekeeping, one of only 50 hotels in the UK.

The prize also includes a pair of tickets to three of the Festival's top acts; The Puppini Sisters, Clare Teal and Georgia Mancio.

Regarded as the world’s leading close-harmony group, The Puppini Sisters count Prince Charles, The Manhattan Transfer and Michael Bublé amongst their fans. Their first album 'Betcha Bottom Dollar' in 2006, was labelled the fastest selling jazz album of all time when it hit No.1 in the UK Jazz Charts and subsequently went gold. They will be appearing at The Apex at 7pm on Friday 17th May.

Your second day of Festival fun starts with breakfast at the hotel; after which you can head into the town centre to see one of the many street acts, for a wander through the Abbey Gardens, grab a bite to eat at one of the many cafes and restaurants or enjoy a bit of shopping. In the evening, head back to The Apex to see award winning jazz vocalist and Radio 2 presenter Clare Teal and her BIG Mini Big Band. Celebrating the Great American and British Songbooks, as well as contemporary writers, creating the standards of today.

On Sunday, wake up and get an early breakfast before making your way to the historic Athenaeum for Songbook Sundays with Georgia Mancio; Songbook Sundays take place in the regal setting of the Ballroom at 11.30am, featuring the Chris Ingham Trio with award-winning, multi-lingual singer Georgia Mancio. Celebrating the Brazilian compose genius Antonio Carlos Jobim, featuring his sensuous, jazzy blend of lovely melodies and gentle samba rhythms, famous Jobim pieces include 'The Girl From Ipanema', ‘Corcovado’ and many more beguiling masterpieces. With Chris Ingham (piano), Owen Morgan (bass) and Dave Ohm (drums).
