Our award-winning kitchen boasts a number of talented chefs, led by 2016 Suffolk Chef of the Year James Carn. Supporting James is 2017 Suffolk Chef of the Year David Coyne, as well as Max Cameron, Young Chef of the Year 2016, and Luke Cornelius, finalist in 2017's Young Chef of the Year. 

The kitchen team love to continually surprise with a curious twist of something deliciously different, sourcing fresh local produce from surrounding market gardeners. The breads baked in house are testament to the care taken to achieve that special taste and take your pick of the 30 varieties of quality wines all served by the glass.
