The Masons Arms is located in the centre of the historic town of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Having undergone a major refurbishment in 2013, Greene King has transformed the pub into a flagship for their ales whilst retaining many of the original features.
The building dates back to the early 16th century. The Masons Arms is a lovely place to enjoy a drink or a night out where the range of Ale is one of the largest in the town and includes several guest ales and all of the new range of Greene King Micro-brewed ales.
They are also well known for their delicious food all freshly prepared by the talented kitchen team. Expect traditional home-cooked food with a Specials board which includes seasonal favorites such as Curry Of The Day, Fresh Fish and Vegetarian dishes. They can cater for buffets and parties , can take reservations for tables on 01284 753955.
The pub boasts a floral courtyard garden, lush with Ivy and flowers and a glorious sun trap during the summer months. The garden also has Bury town centre's only outside bar called "The Masons Elbow", where in the summer months you can enjoy the sunshine without the need to go inside for your drinks.
They have also been awarded the Five Paw award so you are more than welcome to bring your dog with you.
