By submitting this form you are confirming that the information provided for your membership registration is true and accurate and if published will not constitute an offence under the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 or the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

The personal data you supply as part of your membership contract with us will be used to provide membership services, process your membership payment, inform you on important information related to our services, process your membership subscription, inform you about relevant membership opportunities and industry news, and will be used for marketing, statistical and analytical purposes.

Member newsletters: By becoming a member you agree to join our electronic member mailing list and our consumer mailing list so we are able to keep you up to date with news and information about our service to you. You may unsubscribe from these mailing lists at any time but please do bear in mind that this is the way we update you on important information related to our services.

You will receive emails from us time to time to let you know about opportunities. You may stop receiving these at any time by contacting us.

If you want to remove all of your information from our databases, you can also do this by sending an email to info@burystedmundsandbeyond.co.uk confirming your name and email address and asking for your information to be removed from our database. Please use ‘Removal from Database’ in the subject heading. This will be confirmed by a named contact. You should also read our Privacy Policy which contains further information about how we collect, store and use information about you in the course of providing our services.

No details will be given to third parties, unless they are contracted by BSE DMO Limited (Bury St Edmunds and Beyond) to provide services for us as part of our membership service to you. For example, Marketing and PR agencies working on behalf of BSE DMO Limited (Bury St Edmunds and Beyond) and journalists for the benefit of the member to publicise their business.
