Everything you ever wanted to know about the Abbey of St Edmund, in just 45 minutes. 

Join the Bury St Edmunds Tour Guides for a whirlwind tour of the Abbey, to find out when, how and why it was built - and why it now stands in ruins. This is a lunchtime tour, so feel free to bring your sandwiches. Step out of work and back into 1,000 years of history!

The Bitesize Abbey runs from July to September. Tours start at 1pm from the Cathedral Tourist Information Point on Angel Hill, and last 45 minutes. They are in English and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Tickets are £5 for adults (U16s free) and can be booked online at the website above or purchased at the Cathedral Tourist Information Point.
