Kentwell Hall, Long Melford

Bring your little ones to see Kentwell's little ones...

The best sight of Spring has to be newborn lambs!

Kentwell Hall begins their lambing in March and on theirlambing days, you will see new-born lambs and young lambs at the lambing yard in the Tudor Stables — as well as older lambs out in the paddocks.  You might even see a lamb being born!

This is also a lovely time to visit Kentwell's Gardens.  The shrubbery and back wood are carpeted with snowdrops and aconites and swathes of daffodils begin to flower on the front lawns and the moat banks.   This is the time of year when the gardens begin to come back to life, with green shoots and spring flowers all beginning to emerge.
